2017: Named FIT Scholar-Athlete of the Year... Selected to Spring Sunshine State Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll with a 4.0 GPA... Listed to FIT Athletic Director's Honor Roll... Received FIT Senior Award... Ranked 1st in SSC for innings pitched (213.2) and 1st for batters struck out looking (47)... Placed 2nd in SSC for strikeouts (158)... Third in SSC for wins (18) and 1st for saves (3)... Recorded a season-high of nine strikeouts against Florida Southern (Apr. 7)... Gathered a season-high of nine innings pitched against Barry (Mar. 11)... Nominated SSC Pitcher of the Week twice (Mar. 27& Feb. 13)... Named NFCA Pitcher of the Week (Feb. 15)... Selected to Fastpicth News First Team Pre-Season All-American (Jan. 19).

2016: Selected as the 2016 Florida Tech Women's Scholar-Athlete of the Year...tabbed as First-Team All-Sunshine State Conference...an academic all-district honoree...led the conference and broke the single-season school record holder for innings pitched (283.1), wins (31) and strikeouts (229)...ranked fifth in the conference with a 1.68 ERA...allowed just 54 walks on the season...broke the Florida Tech career records for wins (68)...posted complete-game shutouts in four of her first five starts...struck out 10 in a complete-game win against Flagler (1/31)...struck out 10 while allowing a single earned run in seven innings over Georgia Southwestern (2/13)...threw all 12 innings of a marathon victory over Tampa (2/20), striking out nine...fanned 11 over seven innings in the circle against Embry-Riddle (2/27)...pitched all 11 innings in a win over Barry (3/5), allowing four earned runs...struck out 16 batters and allowed a single hit at Nova Southeastern (3/24)...tossed the second no-hitter of her career at Eckerd (4/8), striking out seven...struck out 10 in a two-hitter against Lynn (4/15).

2015: Selected Honorable Mention All-Sunshine State Conference... Appeared in 45 games, making 23 starts in the circle... made the most appearances in the SSC with 45... ranked third in the conference in wins (23), stike outs (191) and innings pitched (229.2)... finished the season with a 23-14 record, registering a 2.01 ERA... pitched 18 complete games, including six shutouts... held opposing batters to a .237 batting average... secured one save... tossed a complete game, one hitter vs. Chestnut Hill (2/24), recording 14 strikeouts... allowed one earned run and struck out 12 in a complete game win over Albany State (3/9)... went the distance against Eckerd (3/14), allowing five hits and two earned runs while strikin gout 13 batters.

2014: One of eight softball players named to SSC Spring Honor Roll for her work in classroom…an All-SSC At-Large selection…appeared in 34 games and started 25 as a pitcher…won 14-of-25 decisions with 18 complete games…led the team with eight shutouts and 123 strikeouts…allowed a .250 batting average to opponents…registered an ERA of 2.33…pitched a perfect game against Fort Valley State (2/1) with 10 strikeouts in her collegiate debut…allowed just one hit in 4.0 innings pitched the next day vs. Webber International (2/2)…pitched 7.0 innings, allowing just one hit and striking out 10 against Findlay (3/4).

High School: Attended Creekside High School in St. Johns, Fla…played softball…earned three varsity letters…named all-county second team in 2012 and all-county first team in 2013…selected 2013 St. Augustine Record Player of the Year after going 16-2 with a 1.20 ERA and 172 strikeouts…her team won conference championship in 2012 and 2013 and district championship both years…captured regional championship in 2013 and were 5A state runner-ups that season…only gave up one run entire 2013 postseason.

Club: Played three years for Florida Select…ASA Gold National Qualifier in 18U.

Personal: Daughter of Richard and Brenda Pence…has two brothers, Luke and Paul, and one sister, Megan…chose Florida Tech because of sports psychology program and small classes…post-grad goal is to become a sports psychologist…admires her father for his hard work and her mother for being a constant woman of Christ in her life.
