MELBOURNE, Fla. (Men’s Soccer) – Eight regular-season matches at Rick Stottler Field and four away matches against teams that either won their conference regular season or tournament championship highlight the Panthers’ 2010 schedule, released on Tuesday. 

MELBOURNE, Fla. (Men’s Basketball) – With the 2010-11 basketball season just months away, Florida Tech head men’s coach Billy Mims has made a key addition to his squad. Cameron Stahl, a Melbourne native and son of Panther basketball alumnus Brian Stahl, will follow in his father’s footsteps and don the Florida Tech jersey on the court this fall.

MELBOURNE, Fla. (Baseball) – Two of Florida Tech’s own continue to shine this summer as Jonathan Cornelius and Josh Hinkle were named to their respective summer baseball league All-Star teams.

This is the case for Panther men’s basketball standout Justin Sedlak who is playing for his country, the Slovak Senior Men’s National Team, in the European Championships, B Division. 

VICTORIA, British Columbia (Men’s Rowing) – Florida Tech’s Spencer Freeman has learned that he will compete for Team Canada in the men’s eight event at the World Rowing Junior Championships August 5-8 in Racine, Czech Republic. 

MELBOURNE, Fla. (Volleyball) – With her first season at the helm of the Florida Tech volleyball program just weeks away, head coach Erin Lee has released the team’s fall 2010 schedule that includes three competitive tournaments and the usual slate of tough Sunshine State Conference opponents.

MELBOURNE, Fla. (Tennis) – Florida Tech head coach Bill Macom and the Panthers will host four separate After School Tennis Clinics on Mondays from 5-6 p.m. this fall at the campus tennis courts off Country Club Road.

(Tennis) – Tennis players of all ages and skill levels are encouraged to register for the USTA One-Day Campus Showdown, presented by Florida Tech, at the campus courts off Country Club Road.  Male participants will play Saturday, Aug. 21, while female players will take to the courts Sunday, Aug. 22. 

MELBOURNE, Fla. (Volleyball) – Florida Tech’s Sand Volleyball Clinic scheduled for July 17-18 at Paradise Beach Park has been canceled.  Registration is still being conducted for both the skills and setter/hitter clinics set for July 29-30 in the Clemente Center.
