Dear Panther Alumni,

I want to take a moment to reflect on our progress and share the direction of Florida Tech Women's Basketball as we continue to build toward sustained success.

This season, we finished with an overall record of 10-17, including 7-13 in Sunshine State Conference play, making the Conference Playoffs for the first time in a complete season since 2020. While we are not satisfied with the outcome, these results reflect the competitiveness of our schedule, conference, and also show the growth in our program.
From a team standpoint, we improved as our season progressed. We shot 74.5% from the free throw line (highest in a season in program history), increased our rebound margin by 3.5 from 2025-2026, had 60 rebounds in one game (most since 2018), & had 2 wins on the road vs. NCAA Tournament Teams. We also had 3 players average double digit points for the first time since 2015-2016. Defensively, we continued to emphasize discipline and effort while competing against some of the top programs in the region.

While we are not yet where we ultimately expect to be, this season marked an important step forward in establishing the identity of our program-one built on toughness, accountability, sisterhood and daily development.
Our program also continues to prioritize excellence off the court. This year, our student-athletes earned recognition for their work in the classroom and their commitment to representing Florida Tech with integrity, reinforcing the well-rounded culture we are building.

Looking ahead, our focus is clear: continue developing our current players while bringing in the next generation of Panthers who are ready to compete at a high level every single day.

As you know, Florida Tech offers a unique opportunity for Scholar-Athletes-a combination of elite academics, a highly competitive conference, and a women's basketball program committed to long-term development. We are actively recruiting individuals who are driven, resilient, and understand WHAT it takes to be part of building a championship-caliber culture.

Your continued support plays a critical role in our growth. Your engagement, mentorship, and belief in our program will help us elevate the experience for our Scholar-Athletes and strengthen the future of Florida Tech Women's Basketball.
We are building momentum, and we are excited about what lies ahead.
