FIRST QUARTER:
- Lynn took a 1-0 lead just 28 seconds into the game.
- Panthers outscored the Fighting Knights 3-0 the rest of the first quarter beginning with an unassisted goal by Charlotte Hardie at the 11:05 mark.
- Caroline MacLeod gave Tech a 2-1 lead off a feed from Rachel Johnson with 2:07 left.
- Jennifer Boyle put the Panthers up 3-1 with 32 seconds left in the first quarter.
SECOND QUARTER:
- MacLeod scored her second goal of the day off an assist from Boyle to make it a 4-2 lead for the Panthers with 13:57 to go in the quarter.
- Millie Hurt and Boyle both found the back of the net off assists from Kayla Minton to give Tech a 6-4 advantage with 9:53 remaining.
- Later in the quarter, Carly Niro dished out assists to Minton for back-to-back goals over a 1:17 span to extend the Panthers' lead to 8-5 with 2:16 left.
- Lynn scored with 1:04 to go and trimmed Tech's lead to 8-6 at halftime.
THIRD QUARTER:
- Lynn outscored Tech 4-2 in the third quarter and the teams went into the fourth tied at 10-10.
- Johnson scored both of the Panthers' goals in the quarter, both off assists from Minton.
FOURTH QUARTER:
- Niro found the back of the net on a free position attempt to hand Tech an 11-10 lead with 13:58 left.
- Lynn tied the game at 11-11 with 11:01 to go.
- Panthers regained the lead, 12-11, less than a minute later as Boyle scored off an assist from Minton with 10:20 remaining.
- The Fighting Knights again tied the game at 12-12 with 7:17 left, and then proceeded to shut the door on the Panthers upset bud as they scored the final two goals of the contest to escape with a 14-12 win.

- Florida Tech finished with more shots (26-23), shots on goal (22-18), draw controls (17-13) and caused turnovers (15-12).
- Panthers were 1-6 on free position attempts while Lynn went 0-2.
- Tech was 10-12 on clears compared to 16-20 for Lynn.
