MELBOURNE, FLA.- Florida Tech hosted Tiffin in a midweek non-conference matchup on Tuesday night.
Alex Hendrian threw a no-hitter in game one and the Panthers dominated in game two to sweep the Dragons.
INSIDE THE MATCHUP:

STATS OF THE GAME:
- Alex Hendrian struck out four batters in the first two innings.
- In the bottom of the 3rd inning, Mya Ogbodiewgu's solo homerun put the Panthers on top 1-0.
- Layna Pollock reached on an error in the bottom of the 5th. Kelly McLaughlin grounded out, but Pollock advanced to second base.
- Ella Niles bunt single scored Pollock from second.
- Hendrian struck out eight batters, allowed no hits and no runs through seven innings of work.
- Hendrian picked up her third win of the season.
GAME TWO:
Final: Florida Tech 13, Wilmington 3

STATS OF THE GAME:
- Tiffin got on the board early scoring three runs in the 1st inning.
- Florida Tech responded. Ella Niles got things started with a single to left field. A double from Jolie Miracle scored Niles from third.
- Ogbodiewgu's single to left center brought in two more runs to tie the game 3-3. The Panthers put up three more runs in the bottom of the 1st to take a 6-3 lead.
- In the 2nd inning, Ogbodiewgu's 2 run homer tacked on two more runs.
- It was a big inning for Florida Tech in the bottom of the 5th. A bases loaded walk added one run. A three-run double by Miracle gave the Panthers a 12-3 lead.
- Madilyn Dutton started the game for Tech, but Allison Platon came in for Dutton in the first inning.
- Platon picked up the win in the circle for the Panthers. She threw 4.2 innings allowing no hits, no runs and struck out seven batters.
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE:
- The Panthers are 11-1 against Tiffin in the all-time series.
- Mya Ogbodiewgu now has five homeruns on the season.
- Ogbodiewgu went 3-5 at the plate with 2 homers and 5 RBI's.
- Jolie Miracle went 2-6 at the plate with 4 RBI's.
- Alex Hendrian is the first Panther to record a no-hitter since Tina Velazquez Rolon on Mar. 11, 2020.
