BOCA RATON, Fla. – The Florida Tech men's and women's swimming teams wrap up the 2025-26 regular season against Lynn on Saturday, Jan. 17 at the McCusker Pool Complex.
NOTABLE PERFORMANCES
- Ege Ozgur finished in first place in the 1000 Free with an impressive time of 9:44.68. Ozgun was almost 10 seconds faster than the second-place time of 9:54.31.
- Reigning SSC Women's Swimmer of the Week Melissa Zucco continued her winning ways in the 100 Back as she swam a time of 57.18.
- Akos Hajagos won the 200 Fly with a time of 1:47.86. Hajagos was over six seconds quicker than second place.
- Lucas Mitchelmore placed first in the 100 Free with a time of 45.69.
- Hajagos was impressive again in the 400 IM as he won the event 19 seconds ahead of second place. Hajagos swam a time of 4:00.11.
