Biography
2015-16: Swam a season best 1:44.39 in the 200-yard free...swam a 4:44.22 in the 500-yard free...swam 1:02.08 in the 100-yard breast...swam a season best 2:05.34 in the 200-yard breast...swam a 2:02.86 in the 200-yard fly...swam a season best 1:51.94 in the 200-yard IM...swam a 4:12.45 in the 400-yard IM...
2014-15: Competed in breaststroke, freestyle, butterfly and IM races...finished 10th in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:06.34), 11th in the 400-yard IM (4:03.42), 12th in the 200-yard freestyle (1:44.68), 13th in the 200-yard butterfly (1:56.41) and 19th in the 200-yard IM with a time of 1:55.53 at the 2015 SSC Championships...placed second against Nova Southeastern in the 200-yard IM (1:57.61)...finished third in the 200-yard breaststroke (2:13.87) vs. Saint Leo.
2013-14: Competed in individual medley and breaststroke races during his freshman season… set a program-record time of 4:03.44 in the 200-yard individual medley at the SSC Championships (2/21) to place sixth… took second in the 200-yard individual medley at the Shark Invitational (12/14) with a time of 1:55.64.
High School: Graduated from Saint Xavier High School in Louisville, Ky….earned 25 consecutive state titles and 48 titles overall…earned four varsity letters.
Club: Lakeside Swim Team for six years.
Personal: Son of Jeffery and Kelley Johnston…two brothers, Noah and Aldan…chose Florida Tech for the small campus feel with great Florida weather, and the chance to make a name for himself on a new team.
