2018: Appeared in all 20 games on the year starting 8 of those games... recorded 15 goals, 4 assists, 12 ground balls, 2 draw controls with a total of 19 points... had a season high of 3 goals against CSU-Pueblo (March 30)

2017: Started in all 18 games for the Panthers... tallied 29 goals, 9 assists, 18 ground balls, 11 draw controls and 10 caused turnovers... earned a career high six points, four goals and two assists, on March 16 against Concordia - St. Paul... had another four goal outing on April 28 when they faced off with Rollins... defensively against Tusculum, March 9, she registered four ground balls and two draw controls. 

Previous: Attended Prior Lake High School in Prior Lake, Minnesota...member of the lacrosse and downhill skiing programs...earned four varsity letters...selected Rookie of the Year and Most Improved Player as a freshman in 2013...named Best Attack, All-South Suburban Conference and All-American Honorable Mention as a sophomore in 2014...selected Best Attack, All-State, All-American, All-Tournament Team and the Anna Bird Award recipient in 2015...As a senior, named Best Attack, All-Conference, All-State, All-American, a Ms. Lax finalist and received the Anna Bird Award and the Kemper Award...recognized on the 'A' honor roll seven years in a row.

Personal: Daughter of Michael and Abby Fjelstad...post graduation, she plans to become a chemical engineer or pharmacist.
