Goal: The goal of the camp is to provide rowers with the tools they need to be successful in today's competitive high school rowing environment as they prepare for college and beyond. A week of highly focused technical feedback and instruction will center on rowing in small boats and attention to detail. We aim to inspire and excite young rowers who are headed into their fall seasons.

Daily Format: Each day will consist of a warm-up followed by a morning row, a brief break for a snack and lineup changes, a second row, lunch, and then wrap up with either film or an instructional presentation.
