Biography

2009-10: Played in 16 games as a junior, averaging 2.4 points in 6.1 minutes per game... poured in a season-high nine points in the team's first game of the season over Puerto Rico-Rio Piedras... remains a consistent member of the Athletic Director's Honor Roll and the Sunshine State Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2008-09: Provided good minutes for Tech off the bench in 22 games… registered an impressive 15 points in just 11 minutes against Florida Christian Dec. 2… dished out a season-best three assists against Rollins on Jan. 7.

2007-08: Beyer became a clutch shooter from the perimeter in his first season with the Panthers, hitting 8-of-14 from long range, averaging over three minutes in 15 games... drained three triples in Tech’s win over Florida Christian College, adding two assists in the effort.

High School: Was a dual-sport athlete for the Raiders, playing basketball and football... was the team's leading scorer for two seasons...was named all-conference and was on the AAU National team... graduated with honors from Rockledge.

Personal: Born on Nov. 3, 1988... son of Jeff and Ramona Beyer... has plans to become a doctor after college... favorite athlete is J.J. Reddick... when he's not playing basketball he enjoys surfing.
