2015: (Track and Field): Named to the 2015 Spring Commissioner's Honor Roll...competed in one event for Florida Tech...ran a 4:45.38 in the one mile at the Embry Riddle Last Chance Meet on 2/20.
2014 (Cross Country): Competed in all six of FIT's races...ran a season best 8K at University of Florida Mountain Dew Invite on Sept. 20 with a time of 26:58...one of seven runners selected to represent Florida Tech at NCAA South Region Championship on Nov. 22 where he ran a 35:54 10K.
2014 (Track and Field): Named Capital One Academic All-District…named to FIT Athletic Director’s Honor Roll…competed in six meets taking part in distance events…ran a season best in the 5,000 meter run with a time of 16:11.59 at the Walt Disney World Track & Field Open on 3/22/14…ran a season best in the 3,000 meter run with a time of 9:25.88 at the Embry-Riddle Last Chance Invitational on 2/26/14…ran a season best in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:07.52 at the USF Invitational on 3/14/14.
2013 (Cross Country): Named to the NCAA South Region Championship...raced a season best 8k at the Mountain Dew Invitational in a time of 28:11.35...named to the SSC Commissioner's Fall Honor Roll.
2013 (Track and Field): Finished 13th in the men's 5,000 meter run, and 14th in the men's 3,000 meter run at the Embry Riddle Last Chance Invitational...finished 13th in the men's 3,000 meter steeplechase at the UNF Spring Break Invitational...placed 19th in the men's 3,000 meter run at the USF Open...was 13th in the men's 1,500 meter run, and ninth in the 3,000 meter run at the Miami Invitational...finished 17th in the men's 5,000 meter run at the ERAU Spike Classic...finished the season with a 17th place finish in the men's 5,000 meter run at the Ryan McCall Track Meet.
2012 (Cross Country): Finished the Saint Leo Invitational (9/29) at a season-best fifteenth place…recorded a season-best 8k time of 27:54.8 at the SSC Championships (10/20)…finished the NCAA National Championship 10k race in a time of 34:25.1.
High School: Earned nine varsity letters in cross country, track and wrestling…was named to the Pioneer Valley League All League cross country team…was a sectional qualifier in both track and wrestling…cross country team captain in 2012.
Personal: Son of Jeff and Lee Ann Halleib…chose Florida Tech because of ROTC program and cross country team…most admires Steve Prefontaine because he was the greatest American distance runner of all time…majoring in Business Administration.
