2016 (Cross Country): Ran in two meets for Florida Tech...ran a season best 8K in 29:53 at the UF Mountain Dew Invitational on 9/24.

2016 (Track and Field): Competed in eight events for Florida Tech...ran a season best 800m in 2:01.95 at the UCF Black and Gold Challenge on 3/18...ran a season best 1500m in 4:10.32 at the UNF Spring Break Invitational on 4/1...qualified for and competed in the Peach Belt Conference Championship in the 1500m...named to the Peach Belt Conference Track & Field All-Academic Team.

2015 (Cross Country): Competed in all seven races...ran a season best 8K at the Sunshine State Conference Championship on Oct. 24 in 28:39...one of seven runners selected to represent Florida Tech at the NCAA South Region Championship on Nov. 7.

2015 (Track and Field): Named to the 2015 Spring Commissioner's Honor Roll...claimed a spot on the Peach Belt Conference Track & Field All-Academic Team...competed in eight events for Florida Tech...qualified for the Peach Belt Conference Championship in the 1500m...ran a season best time of 2:05 in the 800m at the Embry Riddle Spikes Classic on 4/3...ran a season best time of 4:11 in the 1500m at the Embry Riddle Spikes Classic on 4/3...ran a 10:09 in the 3000m at the USF Bulls Invitational on 3/12...ran a season best time of 17:02 in the 5000m at the USF Bulls Invitational on 3/19...participated in FIT's first ever Peach Belt Conference Championship appearance.

2014 (Cross Country): Competed in five races for FIT...ran a season best 8K at University of Florida Mountain Dew Invite on Sept. 20 with a time of 28:44...one of seven runners selected to represent Florida Tech at NCAA South Region Championship on Nov. 22 where he ran a 37:08 10K.

2014 (Track and Field): Named to the FIT Athletic Director’s Honor Roll…competed in six meets taking part in distance events…was a member of the distance medley relay team that established the program record at 13:15.20 at the Embry-Riddle Last Chance Invitational on 2/26/14…season best time in the 3,000 meter run came at the ERAU Last Chance with a time of 9:37.99…recorded a season best in the 800 meter run at the USF Invitational on 3/14/14 with a time of 2:08.66…ran the 5,000 meter run at the Embry-Riddle Spikes Classic in a time of 16:19.92 on 4/5/14…ran his best 1,500 meters at the UCF Invitational on 3/29/14 finishing with a time of 4:19.24.

2013 (Cross Country): Ran a season best time at the Florida State Invitational with a time of 29:14. He was named to the SSC Commissioner's Fall Honor Roll.

High School: Attended Great Valley High School in Malvern, PA…earned two varsity letters his senior year in cross country and spring track & field.

Personal: Son of Joel and Ann Knowles…has a younger sister named Kierstann…chose Florida Tech because of its forensic psychology program.
