Florida Tech Panthers

2024-25: Competed at four meets during the 2024-25 season. At the SSC Championships, Hertwig notched season-best times of 21.72 and 49.11 in the 50 Free and 100 Free. 

2023-24: Finished the season with two top-five finishes in individual competition... Had a third place finish vs Lynn in the 50 Free (21.51)... Finished fourth in the 50 Free (21.66) vs Rollins... Named to Florida Tech Athletic Directors Honor Roll and SSC Spring Commissioner's Honor Roll.

High School: Attended Academic Magnet High School in North Charleston, South Carolina... There he was a member of the swimming and wrestling programs.

Club: Swam for Carolina Aquatics  Swimming Club in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina for 11 years.

Personal: Son of Emily and Carl... has one sister Faith... Chose Florida Tech after the Institution met all of the standards he was looking for in a college.
