Florida Tech Panthers

2024-25: Sabel set five person best times at the SSC Championships... Came in with a time of 1:44.59 in the 200 Free... Swam a 24.69 in the 50 Back... Notched a time of 52.23 in the 100 Back... Swam personal records of 24.15 and 52.83 in the 50 Fly and the 100 Fly... Was named to the SSC Honor Roll. 

2023-24: Finished the season with five top-five finishes in individual competitions... Finished seventh in the 100 Free (49.50) and fifth in the 100 Back (54.38) vs Lynn... At the Panther Invitational finished second in the 100 Free... (47.48), 21^st in the 100 Back (52.96), and 30^th in the 200 Free (1:47.00).

2022-23: Finished seventh in the B Finals of the 200 Back B Finals with a time of 1:59.98... Finished eighth in the B Finals of the 100 Back with a time of 53.91.

2021-22: Received Sunshine State Conference Spring Honor Roll recognition.
 
High School: Attended Satellite High School in Satellite Beach, Fla.... graduated with a 3.65 GPA... member of swim team... was named Captain for his junior and senior years... qualified for the state meet all four years... holds two team records

Club: Competed for the Rocoa Rockets in Rockledge, Fla. and swam for 11 years... his relay team currently holds the long course record for the 4X100 medley relay at the AAU Junior Olympics

Personal: Son of Martin and Kelly Sabel... chose Florida Tech because it's a great engineering school and gave him the chance to continue swimming...post-grad goal is to get his masters from Florida Tech and find a job on the Space Coast
