2015-16: Finished 13th in the 400-yard IM in 3:56.86 at the NCAA Division II Championships...finished 20th at the NCAA Division II Championships in the 200-yard fly with a time of 1:50.76...swam a school record in the 1000-yard free in 9:21.02...broke the school record in the 400-yard IM in 3:55.10...part of the 800-yard free relay team that broke the school record in 6:39.02...swam a season best 47.44 in the 100-yard free...swam a 1:42.24 in the 200-yard free...swam a season best 4:33.96 in the 500-yard free...swam the 1650-yard free in 16:09.34...

2014-15: Competed in placed fourth in the 1,000-yard freestyle (9:22.58), fourth in the 500-yard IM (3:58.19), fifth in the 500-yard freestyle (4:31.28) and fifth in the 800-yard freestyle relay (6:46.50), sixth in the mile (15:40.70) at the 2015 SSC Championships, breaking the school record in each event...placed second in the 200-yard backstroke (1:57.73) against Lynn... won the mile (15:43.53) and 500-yard freestyle (4:36.27) versus No. 3 Nova Southeastern.

Club: Competed for Sport Club Corinthians Paulista in Sao Paulo, Brazil for two years.

Personal: Son of Ronaldo and Monica Kubagawa...plans to major in business administration...chose Florida Tech for its academic reputation and because of the strong and efficient swimming program...most admires his parents, who will always be his role models and idols.
