2012: Named All-Sunshine State Conference Second Team…one of 14 softball players named to SSC Honor Roll and named to Athletic Director's Honor Roll…appeared in 50 games, starting 48 in outfield or as designated player… led team in batting average, hitting .323…also led team in hits (50), RBIs (27) and total bases (61)…recorded 15 multi-hit games and seven multi-RBI games…went 4-for-4 with four RBIs and a run scored and 3-for-3 with two RBIs and a run scored in consecutive wins against Northwood (2/23).

2011: Appeared in 50 games, spending time as designated player and third base…also started three games at pitcher and appeared in relief in three more…ranked fifth on team with a .295 batting average…tallied 22 RBIs to rank second and 19 runs scored, which tied for third…recorded 11 multi-hit games and a pair of multi-RBI games…went 3-for-4 with a pair of runs, two RBIs, a double and a home run in a 4-3 win over West Georgia (2/19)at UAH Charger Chillout…closed that same tournament with a 2-for-5 performance with two runs and three RBIs in a 14-3 win over North Alabama (2/20)…recorded a 3.94 ERA on mound with six strikeouts in 21.1 innings pitched.

Prior to Florida Tech: Attended College of San Mateo…played two seasons of softball...named first team all-conference…earned a spot on dean’s list.

High School: Attended Santa Clara High School in Santa Clara, Calif…member of volleyball, basketball and softball teams…earned 10 varsity letters…awarded first team all-league.

Personal: Daughter of Cynthia Convento…nickname is LC…post-graduate goal is to be a child/family therapist…chose Florida Tech because its strong academics…admires her mother because she is the strongest person she knows…favorite quote is “Carpe Diem”…enjoys vacationing in Mexico…one day she would like to visit the Philippines and Europe.
