In April 2018, Nathaniel Gale joined Florida Tech's Athletic Communications department full time as an assistant director.
 
In his time with the Panthers, Gale has overseen three SSC Championship teams and four NCAA Championship appearances. He has also helped promote individual honors for his various teams across multiple publications.
 
Nathaniel has also assisted in growing Florida Tech's social media presence with increases in followers by 25 to 50% for the athletic department's primary social media accounts. He also aided in creating the Florida Tech Sports Network and the continuous improvement of the department's streaming capability.

Prior to being hired full time, Nathaniel served as an Athletic Communications Assistant at Florida Tech from September 2015 to April 2018. He began as a student assistant until his graduation in July 2017. Following graduation, he transitioned into a part-time staff member role.

During his part-time stint, Gale responsibilities included the completion of day-to-day activities ranging from roster updates to the creation of graphics and press releases. His sport responsibilities included then Men's and Women's Tennis teams as their primary contact for the 2016-17 and 2017-18 season along with Baseball in 2017-18.

Nathaniel's work experience outside of Florida Tech consists of the 2016-17 NCAA Division I men's basketball tournament. During the event, he assisted the Central Florida Sports Commission (now Greater Orlando Sports Commission) with the opening two rounds of the 2016-17 tournament. His tasks involved researching and transcribing player, team and game information into usable notes for various media outlets.

Other athletics-related work experience includes statistician and on-air duties for the Sunshine State Conference during the 2018 Southern Softball Showdown.
 
Nathaniel also spends time working with the Minority Opportunity Athletic Association (MOAA) as a Symposium Committee member, which helps assemble their annual symposium content.

Gale graduated from Florida Institute of Technology in July 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Sports Management and a Master of Business Administration-Marketing in May 2021.

Nathaniel currently lives in Viera with his wife, Taylor and their dog, Remi.
