Tiffany Jacobs was hired as the Assistant Director of Athletic Communications in September 2022.
She serves as the primary contact for Men's Soccer, Women's Basketball, and Softball.
Jacobs comes to Florida Tech after serving as the Communications Intern at the University of Florida in the spring of 2022. While at UF, she created game notes, collected and maintained up-to-date statistics, and transcribed press conferences.
Additionally, Jacobs was an Intern for ESPN Gainsville where she produced press releases, created audio transcripts for 98.1FM WRUF, and researched current sports-related news stories. She also worked as an Athletic Communications Intern at Rutgers Universtiy in 2020 and the University of Tampa in the Spring of 2019.
A graduate of Saint Leo University, Jacobs served as a Student Assistant in the athletic department’s Communications Office, assisting in the management of the Lion's official social media accounts.
Jacobs graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sport Business with a minor in Communications from Saint Leo in May 2019 and recently finished her Master of Science in Sport Management from the University of Florida in May 2022.
