Hilcoff joined the Florida Tech women’s lacrosse staff as an assistant coach in July 2024, bringing a strong background as a Division I student-athlete, international competitor, and emerging coach.

A native of Jupiter, Florida, Hilcoff played five combined collegiate seasons at the University of Oregon and Clemson University, where she established herself as one of the most productive offensive players in program history at both stops. Over 69 career games, she totaled 168 goals and 197 points on 293 shots on goal, while also contributing 212 draw controls, 45 ground balls, and 20 caused turnovers. She finished her career with a 0.442 shooting percentage and a 0.771 shots-on-goal rate.

At Oregon, Hilcoff earned Second Team All-Pac-12 honors in both 2021 and 2022 and became the fastest player in program history to reach 100 career goals, doing so in just 37 games. After transferring to Clemson, she made an immediate impact, leading the team with a career-high 51 goals in 2023. In Clemson’s inaugural lacrosse season, she scored the first goal in program history within the opening minute of the first game. She was later recognized as a Preseason All-American Honorable Mention following her standout season.

Hilcoff also competed internationally with the Israeli National Team, representing the country at the 2022 World Games, where Israel placed fifth in the world among more than 100 competing nations.

Prior to arriving at Florida Tech, Hilcoff gained coaching and player development experience at multiple levels. She served as a sports nutrition intern with Clemson Olympic Sports, where she supported athlete fueling strategies and performance optimization. She also coached at Camp Metaponi in Maine, working as a lacrosse instructor and camp counselor, and spent time with LaxMania Club Lacrosse in Jupiter, Florida, where she organized practices, ran training sessions, and helped develop youth athletes.

Hilcoff holds NFHS certifications in coaching and strength and conditioning. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology from the University of Oregon in 2022 and has pursued further studies in health sciences with a pre-professional focus at Clemson University.
