Biography
2017: Started all 18 games recording 104 saves, 33 ground balls and caused 6 turnovers... ranked third in the SSC in saves (104) and saves per game (5.78)... recorded a season high 12 saves in the season opener against Lindenwood (Feb. 17) and tallied another double digit save game versus East Stroudsburg (May 12)... named first team All-SSC.
2016: Named to the SSC Commissioner's Honor Roll and FIT Athletic Director's Honor Roll...selected to the All-SSC First Team...started all 17 games in goal and earned a record of 10-7...recorded 127 saves on 370 shots faced for a save percentage of .435...also collected 30 ground balls and 11 caused turnovers...finished with four double-digit save games...tallied 10 saves against No. 3 Lindenwood (Mar. 26)...recorded 11 saves vs. No. 6 Rollins (Apr. 13)...made a season-high 13 saves against Saint Leo (Apr. 23).
2015: Started all 16 games, recording 129 saves, 34 groundballs and 10 caused turnovers...made 16 saves in the loss vs. Assumption (March 4)...recorded 14 saves, one groundball and one caused turnover in the loss against Bridgeport (March 18)...tallied six groundballs and eight saves inthe loss against Belmont-Abbey (March 21)...recorded 13 saves in the loss at Saint Leo (April 22...Named to the All-SSC Honor Roll
High School: Attended Matanzas High School in Palm Coast, Florida… earned seven letters… awarded defensive player of the year for lacrosse in 2012, 2013 and 2014… played in Under Armour All-American Showcase in 2013…earned athlete of the year for weightlifting in 2014…placed fourth in conference for weightlifting in 2014…in lacrosse, posted a 58-percent save percentage as a senior...helped team win high school district championship in 2011-12 and 2012-13… part of Future Farmers of America and Science National Honor Society.
Club: Played on LaxManiax for five years…went 4-0 in 2013 President’s Cup and won 2012 IWLCA Capital Cup Championship.
Personal: Daughter of Jeffrey and Dawn Stuart…one brother, Brandon, and one sister, Ashley… chose Florida Tech for location and opportunity to receive a great education, while playing in college athletics… after she graduates, she would like to work with juvenile delinquents… admires her high school coach, Joey Lippo, because he gave her a whole new view on sports, taught her to always give 100-percent and molded her into the athlete she is today.
