Sport Responsibilities: Women's Soccer, Men's Swimming, Men's Lacrosse
Alex Snow started at Florida Tech as an Assistant Athletic Trainer in Fall 2020.
Prior to her time at Florida Tech, Snow spent time in Jacksonville, Florida as an Athletic Trainer at CORA Physical Therapy working with the Jacksonville Football Club. She also spend time at Jacksonville University (September 2019-March 2020) as an Assistant Athletic Trainer for the Women's Basketball and Dance & Cheer teams. During that time she was responsible for providing services such as injury prevention, rehabilitation and treatment.
From August 2017 to May 2019, Snow worked as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer at her alma mater, Lindenwood University. During her stay, she provided care for the Men's Ice Hockey team ranging from drug testing to clinical evaluation and record documentation. She also spent time during her undergraduate years working primarily with the Women's Lacrosse team doing such tasks as taping.
Snow holds a multitude of certifications starting with Basic Life Support (CPR and AED) from American Heart Association. She also a member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association, a Board of Certification Certified Athletic Trainer, a National Academy of Sport Medicine Corrective Exercise Specialist and a Licensed Athletic Trainer through the Florida Department of Health.
