In June 2017, Daniel Supraner was promoted to Florida Tech's Director of Athletic Communications. He was hired in February of 2015 as the Assistant Director of Athletic Communications at Florida Tech.

Prior to joining the Florida Tech staff, he served as the Director of Marketing and Sponsorships of South Florida Gold basketball team based in Boca Raton, Florida. As a part of the Gold, Supraner was in charge of creating and implementing the organization's sponsorship packages and marketing plan, along with managing relationships with team partners and local media outlets. He also oversaw all in-game promotions and sponsorship activations.

From June 2012 to May 2013, Supraner served as the Athletics Marketing and Corporate Relations Assistant at fellow Sunshine State Conference member Lynn University. In this role, he assisted in the execution of the Athletics Marketing Plan while also managing all in-game and social media promotional activities. He helped in the organization of some of the major athletic events, including the annual Family Fun Day, Blue & White Auction, Frank A. Robino Jr., Golf Classic and the Student Athlete Awards Ceremony. Supraner also managed the Big LU's Crew Fan Rewards Program and was responsible for increasing membership by over 300 fans in a single year.

Supraner also served as an intern in Lynn's Sport Information Department from August 2011 to June 2012. In this position, he coordinated the development of the athletic department's inaugural social media campaigns on Facebook and Twitter. He produced weekly sports programs, videos and game recaps. Supraner also assisted the statistician table at various athletic events.

During his time working the above full-time positions, he also worked part-time with Florida Atlantic University's Football team as a Guest Services Representative (August to December 2012) and with the Miami Dolphins on the Game Day Operations Staff (August 2011 to January 2012). Supraner also served on the media staff during the 2012 Atlantic Coast Conference Women's Basketball Tournament.

Supraner graduated from Florida State University in April 2011 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Sport Management and a minor in Communications. He earned a Masters of Business Administration with a specialization in Sport Management from Florida Atlantic University in August 2013.

Supraner currently resides in Port St. Lucie, Florida with his wife, Leah and son, Nathan.
