2024-25: At the SSC Championships, Helminiak swam a B-cut time of 5:00.74 in the 500 Free finals... Won the 1000 Free in the meet against Lynn with a time of 11:02.98... Placed first in the 200 and 500 Free in the meet against Rollins with times of 1:54.76 and 5:10.25... Won the 1650 Free against Lynn with a time of 17:50.48... Swam a B-cut time of 1:52.15 in the 200 Free at the Kellianne Nagy Fall Frenzy... Was named to the SSC Honor Roll.  

2023-24: Finished in the NCAA Division II Championship 30^th in the 1650 Free (17:34.85) and 31^st in the 1000 Free (10:18.94)... In the SSC Championship finished seventh in the 100 Free (52.16), 13^th in the 200 Free (1:55.19), and ninth in the 500 Free (5:02.74)... Was a member of the 400 Freestyle Relay (3:28.98) that set a Program Record at the Panther Invite... Finished the season third team All-SSC... Finished the season with seven top-three finishes in individual competition... Finished first in the Panther Invitational in the 200 Free (1:50.52) and in the 500 Free (4:55.33)... Finished first against Lynn in the 500 Free (5:15.88)... Finished second in the 1000 Free against Florida Southern (11:05.64).

2022-23: At NCAA's finished 25th in the 200 Free and 39th in the 500 Free... Earned fifth in the A Finals of the 500 Free with a time of 4:57.28 at SSC Championships... Earned fourth in B Finals of 200 Free at SSC Championships.... Earned third in A Finals of the 200 Free at the Panther Invite with a time of 1:53.65... Earned Fourth at Panther Invite in 500 Free A Final with a time of 5:03.47... Finished 87th of 141 at CSCAA Collegiate Open Water National Championship... Earned 2023 Female Rising Star Award..named to Florida Tech Athletic Director's Honors Roll.

2021-22: Finished 12^th in the 1650 free final with a time of 17:31.41 in the SSC Championships… Swam second on squad that placed fifth in the 800 free relay with a time of 7:32.41 at the SSC Championships… Finished eighth in the 1000 B final with a time of 10:31.63 at the SSC Championships.
 
High School: Attended Notre Dame Prepatory School in Towson, MD... graduated with a 4.09 GPA... member of swimming and soccer teams... earned four varsity letters... 

Club: Competed for Merritt Swimming and North Baltimore Aquatic Club over seven years

Personal: Daughter of Matthew and Louise Helminak... has one sister, Lauren (16) and one brother, Mark (20)... chose Florida Tech because of its astrophysics program and the atmosphere from the team when she visited the school
