Jordan Hill was hired as the Assistant Director of Athletic Corporate Relations in June 2025. Hill brings more than 10 years of experience in sales, customer service, and community engagement.
Hill came to Florida Tech after working at Health First in Melbourne, Florida, serving as a Transporter and Mobility Rehab Technician. There, he built strong rapport with patients, collaborated with physical therapists, and consistently demonstrated professionalism and teamwork under pressure.
Prior to, Hill served as a Business Sales Specialist and Community Sales Specialist for Spectrum in both Melbourne, Florida, and Columbus, Ohio. In those roles, he excelled in face-to-face relationship-building, led team meetings, trained new employees, and was recognized for outstanding sales performance, including being named the top sales representative in the Southeast region during his first month on the job.
His earlier professional experiences include working in sales support, customer relations, and team leadership at Ohio Health Chiller in Dublin, Ohio, where he managed a front desk team, resolved customer concerns, and scheduled operations for a large volume of guests.
A graduate of Urbana University and a member of the baseball program, Hill earned his Bachelor of Science in Sport Management.
