Mark Allen was hired as the Assistant Director of Game Operations in January 2024.
Allen came to Florida Tech after serving as the Assistant Athletic Director at Life Changers Christian Academy in Palm Bay, Fla. since August 2023.
"I am thrilled to join the Florida Tech family as the Assistant Director of Game Operations," said Allen. "This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the dynamic world of collegiate sports, enhancing game day experiences for our athletes and fans. I'm looking forward to bringing my passion and energy to the Panthers' games and being a part of this vibrant community."
During his time at Life Changers Christian Academy, Allen worked with school administrators, coaches, and parents to create positive and productive athletic programs for students, including coaching and mentoring, scheduling games, officials, and venues for athletic events, and planning and executing fundraising campaigns.
Prior to Life Changers Christian Academy, Allen worked alongside the Athletic Facilities and Event Management staff at the University of Central Florida since November 2022, where he oversaw operations and maintenance of athletic facilities, including game day events.
Allen earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from Florida International University in 2023.
