Florida Tech Panthers

PuaLehua Keola

PuaLehua Keola enters her third season an assistant volleyball coach at Florida Tech, a position she has held since April 2023.

In her first two seasons with the Panthers, Keola helped guide the program through a major turnaround. The 2023 season saw Florida Tech finish 9–21 overall, including a 4–0 start at the Rollins College Invitational and a historic regular-season sweep of Barry, the program’s first since 2008.

In 2024, Keola helped lead one of the best seasons in program history as the Panthers went 20–9 in the regular season, earned the program’s first NCAA Tournament berth, and set a school record with 14 Sunshine State Conference wins. The team also produced its first two All-Americans, Cordelia Kearns (First Team) and Chiara Patelli (Honorable Mention).

Keola came to Florida Tech after serving as an assistant coach at Davis & Elkins College, where she helped guide consistent conference success in the Mountain East Conference. She also has experience coaching at the club level and working in athletic administration.

A former collegiate athlete at CSU Pueblo, Keola competed for five seasons and recorded 430 career digs. She earned her bachelor’s degree in exercise science in 2020 and her master’s degree in coaching and administration in 2023.
