MELBOURNE, Fla. (Volleyball) – Florida Tech struggled in its annual Dig Pink Match against Sunshine State Conference foe Lynn on Saturday, falling to the Fighting Knights in straight sets at the Clemente Center 25-17, 25-17 and 25-21.
Abigael Brenke led the Panthers with eight kills and
Jenna Schaffer recorded seven kills and eight digs.
Kiayna O'Neal notched six kills and a team-high hit percentage of .462.
Kiersten Rosa dished out 21 assists to go along with six kills and three digs.
Becca Bower led all players with 15 digs in addition to three assists.
Cleuzo Porto guided the Lynn offense with a double-double on 11 kills and 10 digs. Nicol Colonna, Cristina Llorens and Lydia West each collected nine kills in the match. Katie Knight collected a team-high 14 digs, while Marissa Tandron handed out 39 assists to go along with four digs and four service aces.
