Cardinals score with four seconds remaining, hand FIT fourth straight loss 12-11

MELBOURNE, Fla. (Men's Lacrosse) - The struggles continued for Florida Tech on Saturday as the Panthers were handed their fourth consecutive defeat, 12-11, to the Cardinals of Wheeling Jesuit at Panther Field.

Nick Wynne led FIT with four goals. Cody Martin recorded four points on three goals and an assist, while Reid Chaconas notched a hat trick.

Carson Clough scooped up a game-high 12 ground balls. Bryce Johnson finished with a team-best two caused turnovers.

Flock (1-4) took the loss while making eight saves in goal. His counterpart, Jake Lilly (1-4), was a major factor in the Cardinals'  first victory of the season with 13 stops in between the pipes.
