ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Florida Tech (4-4-1, 1-1-0 SSC) headed to the gulf coast for a conference tilt with the Tritons of Eckerd (4-2-1, 1-2-0 SSC). Despite the team's best effort, it was not enough as they fell to Eckerd, 3-0.

Eckerd pushed their lead to 2-0 in the 61
st minute off an outside the box shot by Stephanie Linton. The Crimson and Gray would surrender another goal in the 78
th minute to make it 3-0.
Florida Tech will look to turn it around in the final of its three-game road stand as they take on Nova Southeastern in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Kick off for that match is set for 7 p.m. on the pitch of the NSU Soccer Complex.
