Daytona Beach, Fla. - On March 24, Florida Tech wrap up the weekend series against Embry-Riddle. The Eagles bested the Panthers in nine innings of play (11-3).
During the game, the Eagles jumped to an early four nothing lead in the first inning putting pressure on the Panthers. Florida Tech started scored their first run of the game in the 9
th but were unable to make a comeback.
The Panthers collected four hits, three runs and three errors in game three of the series.
Brett Parrish tallied one hit on two at bats with two walks and a RBI for the Panthers.
Pedro River recorded an RBI with a single to left field scoring
Dylan Owens.
James Gronberg scored a run on the game and recorded a walk. Gronberg leads the Sunshine State Conference in walks, on base percentage and second in run scored.
The Panthers will be back Tuesday, March 26 at home. First pitched is schedule for 6 p.m.
