COACHES CORNER:
"I'm proud of the team for their hard work tonight," said head coach Ryan Moon. "We are at a stage of the season where fatigue kicks in and tonight we had to bury that and dig in. Rollins is never an easy place to go, so we'll take the point and another clean sheet and look towards next week. We still need to find ways to be a bit more creative and find ways to do that without giving anything up defensively. We are ready for a much needed break and we'll be raring to go again come next Wednesday at home."

BEYOND THE BOXSCORE:
  • Florida Tech is now 8-15-4 all-time versus Rollins.
  • Tech is the first team to hold Rollins without a goal in SSC play this season.
  • Panthers extend their streak of holding SSC opponents scoreless to 469 minutes dating back to the Nova Southeastern game on Oct. 2.
  • Sanchez Recuero earned her 7th clean sheet of the season and the 12th of her career.
  • This is the Panthers' fourth time ending a match in a 0-0 tie this season, including three in conference play.
  • Panthers have a 4-2-5 record in games decided by one goal or less this season and are 1-1-5 in overtime games.

UP NEXT: After a seven-day break, Florida Tech returns to action next Wednesday, Oct. 27, hosting No. 16 Palm Beach Atlantic in SSC action at Rick Stottler Field. Kickoff is at 7 p.m.
