COACHES CORNER:
"The girls responded from a tough game on Wednesday with real maturity tonight," said head coach Ryan Moon. "We tried to focus on our performance and doing the things we feel are important for our success, which I felt we did tonight. The squad are very committed to each other and the program and continue to give 100%, which is the biggest factor for me. Although it wasn't the result we wanted, we are pleased with how we played and approached the game until the final whistle. We'll be looking to get some rest and catch a breathe during our bye week before we face our next challenge away at Nova Southeastern."

BEYOND THE BOXSCORE:
  • Florida Tech drops to 8-10-6 all-time against Barry. This was the first overtime game in the series since a 0-0 tie in 2014.
  • Panthers are 0-1-2 in overtime games this season.
  • With Ferdfelt's tally, there are now seven different players who scored a goal this season for the Panthers. Mariana Mazzocca is the only player to record more than one goal (2).
