  • Corynn Miner opened the scoring with a solo home run for the Spartans in the top of the fourth.
  • Avery Perkins added a base loaded 2 RBI single to give Tampa a 3-0 lead heading into the bottom of the 4th.  
  • Panthers avoided their first shutout with Chloe French blasting the ball to center field for a double, scoring Mikayla Wessel in the process.
  • Alex Hendrian (2-2) threw 3.1 innings allowing three earned runs on five hits.

  • Panthers move to 51-70 all-time against Tampa.
  • Wessel holds a five-game hitting and on base streak.
