Jacopo Ghezzi tallies his first goal of his career in the 2-2 tie. Tech and Barry fought in a physical match for the entire 90-minute contest.

STATS OF THE MATCH:
- Jacopo Ghezzi got the Panthers on the board early in the 9th minute to give Tech a 1-0 lead. Jack Edwards gathered a rebound from Fabio Amaral and assisted Ghezzi for the goal.
- Barry's Daniel Schaal tied the game 1-1 in the 57th minute of play. Pascal Sattelberger crossed it into the box landing at the feet of Schaal.
- In the 72nd minute Fabio Amaral sent a rocket across the field, Gene Lewis saved it from going out of bounds and put the cross in place for Ettore Casadei to give the Panthers back the lead.
- Barry took advantage of a Panthers foul, being awarded a free kick and finding the back of the net in the 78thminute to tie the game 2-2.
- For the next 12 minutes both teams battled hard, but neither were able to find the game winner.
- Barry outshot Tech 10-7 including 6-3 shots on goal.
- The Panthers held the advantage in corner kicks 4-3
- Luis Tovar Romero recorded four saves, while Barry's Juan Claude Consoi had one save.
BEYOND THE BOXSCORE:
- Florida Tech is now 17-22-4 all-time against Barry.
- This was the first meeting in Melbourne between the two teams since Sept. 28, 2019, which was also the last time Tech won against Barry.
- Ghezzi's goal was the first of his career.
- Casadei's goal was his second of the season.
