Winter Parks, Fla.- The Florida Tech men's swimming team traveled to Winter Park, Florida this morning to take on the Rollins Tars. The Tars came out on top in the meet 204-58.

The men's first top-three finish of the day came in the first event in the 400-yard medley relay when the team of
Daniel Aizenberg,
Connor Orth,
John Fonnotto, and
Max Martino finished second in the relay with a time of 3:38.42. In the men's 300 Free Relay,
Matthew Goembel,
Joshua Cajuste,
Josh McLean, and
George Jekov took home third with a time of 1:28.80.

In Individuals competition, six panthers placed in the top-three in nine different events.

John Fonnotto was Florida Tech's only first-place finisher when he won the men's 200 Breast with a time of 1:54.63. Fonnotto would also go on to take second in the 200 Butterfly with a time of 1:54.13

Connor Orth took home second place in both the 100 and 200 Breaststroke with times of 59.75 and 2:09.34. on the 400 IM,
Josh McLean and
Robert Catron finished in second and third with times of 4:23.17 and 34:31.06.

Gavin Lanka finished the meet with two third-place finishes against Rollins in the, 500 Free and 1000 Free with times of 4:59.03 and 10:24.25. also taking home a third-place finish for the men who recorded a time of 1:46.04 in the 200 Yard Freestyle.
