STATS OF THE MATCH
- In the fifth minute of the match, the Panthers committed a foal, leading to a Sharks' Noah Holtschoppen free-kick goal.
- From that point, Tech's offense fired numerous shots at the goal. The Panthers attempted seven shots in the half and seven corners, while the Sharks took one shot and zero corner kicks.
- The second half was more of the same as Florida Tech outshot Nova Southeastern 9-2.
- Unfortunately, the Sharks used one of their few attempts by chipping the ball over the Panthers' keep from deep, taking a 2-0 lead.
- Tech would respond nine minutes later in the 81st minute. Joakim Jahnsen moved to make space up the left boundary to find Eytor Omarsson low in front of the goal, cutting the Sharks lead to one.
- The Panthers tried to find the equalizer but ran out of time.
