Men’s Soccer Falls to No. 7 Lynn on the Road

BOCA RATON, Fla. – The Florida Tech men's soccer team was in the game until the very last second in a 2-1 defeat at No. 7 Lynn on Wednesday night. Tech cashed in on a penalty kick for the third consecutive game.

STATS OF THE MATCH
  • The Panthers opened strong on offense, taking two shots within the first five minutes.
  • Later in the half, Jacopo De Collibus and Antonio Di Gaudio each fired shots on goal, but the Lynn keeper saved both.
  • At 28:36, Lynn capitalized on a free kick just outside the Tech eighteen, converting after a series of passes to take a 1-0 lead.
  • Florida Tech continued to press, taking the final two shots of the half, but entered the break trailing 1-0.
