MORROW, Ga. – Penalties told the story as No. 22 Florida Tech and Clayton State fought to a 1-1 draw. Despite conceding a penalty in the 30th minute, the Panthers' defense delivered another strong performance, limiting the Lakers to just six total shots and two on goal.

- In his first start of the season, Max May wasted no time, firing a shot on goal just 39 seconds in, but the Clayton State keeper made the save.
