th win of the season.

GAME NOTES
- Tech looking to avenge a mid-season loss to the Spartans, came out with a sense of urgency as they planted shots during the 5th and 8th minutes, both missed high.
- The Panthers kept possession deep in Spartan territory as shots by Otero and Bromage were fired high in the 11th and 12th minutes.
- After a foul committed by a Tampa defender, Sara Batchadji took the free kick and lobbed a pass into the box. Rebecca Storr broke free and redirected the pass with her left foot and into the goal for her fourth goal of the season.
- Florida Tech remained relentless on the attack as Storr and Wood both shot at the Tampa goal during the 19th minute.
- The only offense Tampa could muster in the first half was two shots that missed high during the 25thand 38th minutes.
- The Panthers had another good look at the Tampa goal in the 43rd minute, but Nina Santiago's shot was deflected by a Spartan defender in perfect position.
- Tampa got off two quick shots to start the second half in the 48th and 49th minutes. Kaitlin Sinkler was tested for the first time on the second shot but made the save.
- During the 50th minute, Tampa's keeper made a save off a free kick that Alice Mottershead put on goal.
- The Spartans tripled up on shots in the 63rd minute, but two were deflected and one sailed high.
- Florida Tech's fast-paced offense found some space with Kathryn Watson drifting into Tampa territory. She passed to Lauryn Wood dashing towards the goal with one defender to beat. She quickly passed to Izzie Bromage who scored the easy goal off two great passes in the 67th minute.
- The Panthers were in defender mode from there on as Tampa struggle to break Tech's defense. The Spartans got off shots in the 80th and 81st minutes, but both were saved by Kaitlin Sinkler.
- With time winding down, Florida Tech did not allow another shot as they cruised to a 2-0 victory.
BEYOND THE BOXSCORE
- This win marked Tech's seventh postseason clean sheet since 2021.
- Rebecca Storr scored her fourth goal of the season in the 17th minute with the assist going to Sara Batchadji.
- Neither team recorded a save in the first half.
- Izzie Bromage improved her team lead in goals with her seventh goal of her freshman campaign in the 67th minute with assists by Lauryn Wood and Kathryn Watson.
- Kaitlin Sinkler saved three shots in the match and now has 41 saves in the season.
