ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. – Florida Tech men's lacrosse team took to the road for the first time in the 2025 season on Saturday night, falling to Flagler, 10-5. The Panthers came out strong, with the game tied at three after the first quarter but a 7-0 Saints run over a 26:35 span ultimately decided the outcome.

FIRST QUARTER:
- Jakob Terpak, playing in his first game of the season, announced his return in emphatic fashion by putting Florida Tech in front after just 1:41.
- Dylan Wilson's goal at the 10:24 brought the Saints level.
- Just over four minutes later, Rob Gadomski took a feed from Terpak and lasered home into the upper right corner to give Tech a 2-1 lead.
- A little over a minute later, Gavin Stecher completed a textbook transition with a clinical finish to give the Panthers a 3-1 advantage.
- Flagler would counter in 55 seconds through Luke Burton.
- Jack Pilla's goal with 42 seconds left in the period knotted the game at three.
SECOND QUARTER:
- The Saints broke the deadlock 6:21 into the second quarter thanks to Burton's second of the night.
- They continued their run two minutes later on Pilla's second tally.
- After the Panthers went down two men to penalties with under 90 seconds remaining, Flagler capitalized 12 seconds later on Wilson's second marker of the night to take a three-goal lead into the intermission.
THIRD QUARTER:
- Pilla completed his hat trick 1:44 into the second half and extend the Saints' run to 6-0.
- Colten Reynolds made it 8-3 Saints four a little over four and a half minutes later.
- Eight seconds and two passes later, Derek Duplechin broke the Panther drought by going airborne and withstanding a hit to cut the deficit to 8-4.
FOURTH QUARTER:
- Less than a minute into the fourth quarter, a Panther turnover just into Saints territory led to a Flagler transition in which Tech was outnumbered and the move was ultimately finished by Ben Nyberg to give Flagler a 9-4 advantage.
- Andrew Walenty finished a feed from Jonah Borynec with just under three minutes to go to bring the Crimson and Gray within four.
- Just over 40 seconds later, a Panther turnover led to quick Saints counter that was completed by Nyberg to put the game away.

INSIDE THE BOXSCORE:
- Flagler outshot Florida Tech 39-25 with 20 on goal against Tech's 11.
- The Saints also won the turnover battle (18-28) and gathered more ground balls (35-28).
- Florida Tech went 17-of-20 on clears, while Flagler went 23-of-27.
BEYOND THE BOXSCORE:
- The Panthers are now 2-2 all-time against Flagler.
- Derek Duplechin scored his first career goal.
- Bobby Canaway's assist was his first career point in the Crimson and Gray.
