WEST PALM, Fla. – The Panthers showcased resilience and timely hitting to come out on top in the closely contested conference matchup against PBA.
Cole Patrick dominated the game leading all players in hits, runs, and homers on the night, helping secure the win for Tech, and putting the Panthers over .500 on the season at 11-10.

- The Panthers put one on the board first in the top of the second inning when Brett Kelly singled through the left side bringing in Roman Samson, 1-0.
- The Sailfish responded by taking the lead in the bottom of the second inning after a flyout brought in one run and a single to right field brought in the second score, 2-1.
- In the top of the third inning, Marshall Burke singled up the middle earning an RBI bringing home Carlos Guzman and tied the game at 2-2.
- Tech then took the lead back after Samson was walked with the bases loaded as Cole Patrick touched the home plate to earn the run, 3-2.
- After two scoreless innings on both sides, Patrick in the fifth inning registered a solo home run to extend the Panthers' lead by two, 4-2.
- In the bottom of the same inning, PBA matched Tech with a score of their own after a flyout brought in a run, 4-3.
- The Panthers scored one more time in the sixth inning after Pedro Figueroa doubled, bringing in Kelly to put Tech back up two scores, 5-3.
- The final run for the Sailfish came from a wild pitch in the bottom of the eighth bringing the game to within one.
- Ethan Stephens on the mound to close the game stayed calm, cool, and collected as he put the ball in play for the final out to give the Panthers the 5-4 win over the Sailfish.
- Stephens earning the save, lasted three innings, giving up just one hit, and one run while walking one and striking out two.
- Jacob Pino received the win for the Panthers as he got the start on the night, lasting six innings, giving up eight hits, and three runs, while walking none and striking out two.
