ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. – The Florida Tech women's lacrosse team drops their road game against No. 12 Flagler on Friday, Feb. 13. With the loss, Tech is now 0-2 while the Saints improve to 3-0.

GAME NOTES
FIRST QUARTER
- After Flagler scored the first two goals, Ailish Fitzpatrick put Tech on the board with 8:53 on the clock.
- Sophia Scichilone struck later in the period with a free position goal.
- The Saints responded with a free position of their own with a minute remaining as they finished the quarter up 5-2.
- Flagler out shot the Panthers 9-5 in the period.
SECOND QUARTER
- Like the first quarter, Flagler begun the second with two consecutive goals.
- Gillian Craig killed the quick 2-0 Saint run with a free position goal with nine minutes on the clock.
- After a Tech turnover, Bridget Robinson made a big save at the 5:29 mark to keep FT within four.
- Flagler found the back of the net twice in the final four minutes to go into half with a 9-3 lead.
THIRD QUARTER
- The Saints offense continued to click as they went on a 3-0 run right out of halftime.
- The Panthers responded as Gillian Craig scored twice, both unassisted.
- Tech had a great opportunity at the seven-minute mark. Clare McGuire scored on a free position shot to extend the Tech run to 3-0.
- Flagler ended the Panther run with a goal with 6:10 remaining in the quarter.
- The Panthers and Saints were an even 7-7 in shots in the quarter and 5-5 in shots on goal.
FOURTH QUARTER
- The Saints extended their lead to double digits with three consecutive goals to start the fourth.
- Sophia Scichilone scored a man-up goal to end Flagler's run.
- Sopfie Bender scored Tech's final goal of the game with 3:19 remaining.
BEYOND THE BOXSCORE
- Gillian Craig led the Panthers with a hat trick while Scichilone and Bender added two goals each.
- Flagler had the slight edge in shots at 29 to Tech's 25.
- The Panthers were a perfect 9-for-9 in clears.
