2016: Appeared in six games, making one start.

2015: Named to All-SSC Tournament Team…appeared in 11 games, starting two…recorded eight goals and three groundballs…scored two goals in the 17-6 win over UMass Boston (March 20)…tallied one: goal in the 11-7 win over Florida Southern (April 11)…recorded a hat trick in a 12-6 victory over Rollins in the SSC Semifinals (April 24)…scored two goals against Tampa in the SSC Championship (April 26).

2014: Appeared in three games, scoring his first collegiate goal versus Lynn in FIT's first ever SSC win (April 5)… 2-for-2 on faceoffs at Brevard (March 22).

High School: Three-sport athlete at Chesapeake Senior HS in Pasadena, Md… earned four letters as a Cougar… finished his sophomore year with eight goals and five assists and followed with 14 goals and 20 assists his junior campaign… capped off his high school career with 22 goals and 18 assists to lead the Cougars to their best record in school history (11-3)… earned the Most Improved Award as a captain of the men’s lacrosse team his senior season.

Club: Played two seasons for NALC Titans and OLSLC in Brooklyn, Md. and Arden, Md., respectively.

Personal: Full name is Benjamin Abell… son of Michael, a retired firefighter and Kimberly Abell… majoring in Ocean Engineering… plans on moving back to Md. and work on restoring the Chesapeake Bay… chose FIT because of its engineering program and great location.
