2015: Named to FIT Athletic Director's Honor Roll...selected to Fall SSC Commissioner's Honor Roll...appeared in 24 matches, starting two...recorded 118 digs, 14 assists and eight service aces...registered 15 digs, three assists and one kill vs. Puerto Rico-Mayaguez (Sept. 12)...tallied 12 digs against Rollins (Sept. 19)...notched 11 digs, two assits and one kill vs. Eckerd (Oct. 3).
2014: Appeared in 26 matches, starting three…recorded 164 assists, 143 digs and 10 service aces…tallied 15 assists, seven digs and two service aces against University of Hawaii-Hilo (Sept. 6)….posted season-high 18 assists and three digs vs. Saint Leo (Sept. 19)…recorded a double-double with 15 assists and 10 digs against Eckerd (Oct. 10)…tallied 11 assists and five digs vs. Barry (Oct. 31)…posted 16 assists, eight digs and one service ace in the season-finale against Eckerd (Nov. 15).
2013: Played in 10 matches and 17 sets... registered 48 assists, 13 digs, four service aces and one kill... named to SSC Fall Commissioner's Honor Roll and was one of 13 FIT student-athletes with a 4.0 GPA.
2012: Appeared in 14 matches, 19 sets and recorded one start… tallied 30 assists and 11 digs on the season... notched a season-high seven assists vs. Albany State (08/31).
High School: Attended West Chicago High School West Chicago, Ill… played volleyball for the Wildcats… earned all-conference awards for exemplifying the "student-athlete" balance of academics and athletics… helped her 2011 and 2012 teams win the regional title… member of National Honor Society, student council and key club.
Club: Played for Club Fusion in Marengo, Ill. for three years.
Personal: Daughter of David Bayless and Stacey Lauro… career goal is to become a marine biologist, travel and research marine mammals… chose Florida Tech for its volleyball team and the marine biology program... admires her parents for their unconditional support.
