2026: Appeared and started 45 games as a Freshman... held a .328 batting average with 59 hits, 41 RBI, 13 home runs, 11 doubles, and two triples... Named SSC Player of the Week and NCBWA South Region Player of the Week in February after going 7-14 with four home runs and eight RBI in a series sweep over PBA... Eanred SSC Freshman of the Year and All-SSC First Team honors. 

High School: Attended and played baseball at The Villages High School... Graduated as the school's all-time leader in batting average, doubles, triples, and home runs... Named Second Team All-State by Prep Baseball Florida... FACA District Player of the Year as a Senior.

Personal: Son of Maria and Bob Cortale, brother to Vincenzo... Chose Florida Tech because the coaches made me feel super welcome and I could see myself being at home here.
