2016: Appeared in one game out of the bullpen...tallied two strikeouts in one inning in relief against Palm Beach Atlantic (4/5)...placed on FIT Athletic Director’s Honor Roll.
2015: Named to the SSC Spring Commissioner's Honor Roll...did not see any action.
2014: Named to FIT Athletic Director’s Honor Roll…appeared in six games out of the bullpen…had a 1-1 record with a 3.86 ERA…also recorded one save…pitched 11.2 innings, and gave up five runs on 10 hits…walked one and struck out seven…named to the SSC Spring Commissioner's Honor Roll.
2013: Named to the Florida Tech Athletic Director’s Honor Roll…appeared in 10 games, including eight starts on the mound as the mid-week starter…posted a 2-0 record in 38.0 innings of work…struck out 25 batters while only walking five…pitched 5.0 innings, allowing just one run against Flagler (4/9) in an 8-5 victory to give him his first collegiate victory…allowed no runs in his two relief appearances, going one inning in each game without allowing a hit.
High School: Attended Venice High School…letter winner in baseball…member of 2012 state championship team…member of Spanish Honor Society and National Honors Society…maintained a 4.6 GPA.
Personal: Son of David and Diane Knott…has one sister, Christina…father played baseball at University of Miami…cousin Jonathan Knott played Major League Baseball with the San Diego Padres and Baltimore Orioles…career goal is to get a degree in engineering…chose Florida Tech for the strong academics and to play baseball…admires his cousin Jonathan.
