2013: No longer on the Panthers’ roster.

2012: Did not appear in any games for the Panthers.

2011: Named to the Sunshine State Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll and Athletic Director’s Honor Roll…appeared in one game…threw one inning and struck out one batter…helped contribute to a 13-0 win against Florida Memorial (4/2).

2010: Named to Athletic Director’s Honor Roll…redshirt season.  

High School: Attended Jefferson High School in Tampa, Fla...earned four varsity letters... won his team's Gold Glove Award twice...led his team in strikeouts two years in a row...graduated with honors and was a member of the National Honors Society...played three years for the Tampa Bay Angels club team.

Personal: Son of Fred and Kelliejo Montes...enjoys fishing...favorite movie is "The Hangover"...favorite athlete is Josh Beckett...would like to visit Europe.
