Corey Szewczyk was hired as Florida Tech's Assistant Director of Athletic Communications in February of 2022.
Szewczyk comes to Florida Tech from Tusculum University in Tennessee where he served as the Video Coordinator for Tusculum's football program from 2017 to 2019 and worked as the Graduate Assistant for Athletic Communications from August 2020 to May 2021.
During his time at Tusculum, Szewczyk served as the primary broadcasting producer for Tusculum University Athletics, where he managed and trained Athletic Communications interns and student workers each athletic event, and coordinated the streaming of game broadcasts.
Additionally, Szewczyk worked as a Video Production Intern with the Florida Collegiate Summer League during the summer of 2021, and as a Digital Media Intern for the Tusculum University Athletic Communication's department from January to May of 2020.Â
Szewczyk graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sport Management from Tusculum University in May 2020 and recently finished his Master's of Arts in Sport Administration in August 2021.
