Justin Sedlak

Justin Sedlak joined the Florida Tech coaching staff in summer 2018 as a graduate assistant coach. 

A former standout on the hardwood for the Panther men's basketball team from 2006-11 under head coach Billy Mims, Sedlak is recognized as one of the most dominant players to take the court in program history and went on to finish his career as Florida Tech's all-time leading scorer with 1,896 points.

Over the course of his four-year Florida Tech career, he was a two-time All-American, the South Region Player of the Year in 2011, a three-time All-South Region selection and a four-time All-Sunshine State Conference honoree.

He wrapped up his career as a Panther with 114 games played, a then program-best 1,896 points, 837 rebounds, 151 steals, 107 assists and 81 blocks. He also ranked in the top five in the SSC in scoring and rebounding over his final three seasons at Florida Tech.

After hanging up his Florida Tech uniform, Sedlak has played for a number of professional teams throughout Europe, including Caceres in Spain, the Solna Vikings in Sweden, Sparta Praha and USK Praha in Czech Republic and Saint Chamond and La Rochelle in France. He currently plays for Gries/Oberhoffen in the French League.
