Terry Parks began his second stint with the Florida Tech men's basketball program in 2016-17.
Parks first stint with Florida Tech started prior to the 2011-12 campaign. He joined the Panthers after five seasons (2006-11) as the men’s basketball head coach at Brevard Community College. In addition to developing players and overseeing the program, he increased fan support. He pioneered the BCC Men’s Basketball Booster Club, the BCC High School Summer League and the Terry Parks BCC Summer Camp.
Prior to his tenure at Brevard Community College, Parks was an assistant coach at Division I North Florida and The Citadel. At both institutions, he recruited throughout Florida and Georgia and was responsible for the development of post players.
Parks earned his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and his master’s in public administration at Columbus State. He played collegiate basketball at Columbus State and Macon State.
